NATIONAL GARDEN SCHEME

The gardens at Woodlands Farm Wales have opened for 10 years under the National Garden Scheme. Each year there are new features to enjoy and we have found visitors return year after to year to experience the evolving gardens and to eat the delicious teas served in the Pavilion. A new addition, we now offer wine and canapés one evening each year to make the gardens even more special…

In 2017 and 2018 we welcomed over 1,300 visitors. In 2019 we will not be fixing our opening dates in the NGS Yellow Book but will have pop up openings when the gardens are at their finest.

We will announce our Spring and Summer openings a fortnight in advance on this website, on the National Garden Scheme website, via email if you have opted in to receive emails (do so by emailing us at bookings@woodlandsfarmwales.com), in the local media and on Social Media (do follow us on Facebook and Instagram below).

This should ensure that when we open the gardens are at their best and, if the weather forecast is accurate, you will be able to enjoy the gardens in the sunshine.

We’d be delighted to see you at one or more of our events in 2019. We are confident that you will not be disappointed. All proceeds from the gate (£5 per adult) go to the NGS charities and all other revenue helps support local causes. Check out our entry in the Yellow Book on the National Garden Scheme website.

If you are interested in staying in The Stripy Bothy and Barn or The Enclosure at Woodlands Farm during the period that the gardens are open under the NGS, contact us direct rather than through the link provided.
